Understanding AI combines and replaces two earlier general-AI sites that contained many overlapping articles about OpenAI APIs, ChatGPT features, and everyday AI trends. The useful ideas were reorganized and rewritten into one smaller, more coherent static reference.
What belongs here
The site explains AI foundations, generative AI, everyday uses, limitations, verification, ethics, privacy, and social impact. It does not attempt to duplicate detailed resources about organizational deployment, workflow automation, systems integration, AI troubleshooting, or autonomous-machine architecture.
Independent educational scope
Understanding AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI or another AI provider. Product names may be mentioned when necessary for context, but the editorial emphasis is provider-neutral.
